His Excellency Minister of Public Health Mansoor bin Ebrahim Al Mahmoud inaugurated Thursday the 6th International Primary Health Care Conference (IPHCC), organized by the Primary Health Care Corporation (PHCC) over three days, with wide participation estimated at about one thousand experts, doctors and specialists from several countries, making it one of the most prominent scientific gatherings in the region, and an important platform for the exchange of experiences and knowledge.The conference will showcase a wide range of advanced topics in primary healthcare through panel discussions and workshops led by a select group of international speakers and experts. It will also provide researchers with an opportunity to present their research and the findings of recent studies that can be applied to improving primary healthcare services both within Qatar and internationally.On the sidelines of the conference, which targets doctors, nurses, pharmacists, laboratory technicians and other healthcare professionals, medical students and those interested in developing their scientific and practical skills, a specialized exhibition will be held showcasing the latest medical innovations and health technologies offered by local and international institutions.In her opening remarks, Managing Director of the PHCC Dr. Mariam Abdul Malik affirmed that holding the IPHCC 2025 under the theme "Inspiring Tomorrow: The Power of Collaboration in Primary Health Care," embodies Qatar's firm commitment to developing the health sector, based on a national vision that places human beings at the heart of development. As part of its ongoing efforts to protect terrestrial environments and strengthen community partnerships in preserving natural resources, the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change (MOECC), in cooperation with Commercial Bank Qatar, launched the "Rawda Fencing Project" during a field event held this morning in Rawdat Egdaim, with the participation of members from both entities and a group of children from the "Children's Literature Center." The initiative aims to protect environmentally valuable wild Rawdas (meadows) from encroachments and overgrazing, and to rehabilitate the natural vegetation cover by fencing them and planting multiple local species. This enhances the ability of the rawdas to regain their vitality and supports biodiversity in the State of Qatar. These efforts fall within the ministry's national programs to combat desertification and implement the strategy for rehabilitating natural habitats. Participants and volunteers planted around 300 wild seedlings of local species, such as Qatari ghaf, samr, sidr, and salam. These plants are essential for soil protection and improving ecological balance in desert environments. The participation also aimed to encourage continued adoption of planting initiatives in homes and farms, and to strengthen a culture of connection to the local environment. Head of the Plant Wildlife Section at the Wildlife Development Department at MOECC, Adel Mohammed Al Yafei affirmed that the initiative represents an important practical step within the ministry's strategy to promote nature-based solutions. He added: "We appreciate the active partnership with Commercial Bank, which reflects the pivotal role of the private sector in supporting national environmental projects. The participation of children also adds an educational dimension that reinforces environmental belonging among future generations." For her part, Executive General Manager and Head of the Marketing Sector at Commercial Bank, Eman Al Nuaimi expressed the Bank's pride in this partnership, saying: "We are proud to cooperate with the Ministry of Environment and Climate Change in this distinguished initiative. We consider environmental protection a shared responsibility, and the participation of our employees and community children reflects our firm commitment to sustainability and to supporting efforts to preserve biodiversity in the country." The event concluded with honoring the participating children in appreciation of their role in the success of this environmental activity as a step aimed at raising environmental awareness in the community and encouraging active participation in national initiatives. The "Rawda Fencing Project" comes as part of a series of projects implemented by the ministry in partnership with government and private entities, in alignment with the goals of Qatar National Vision 2030, particularly in the area of environment and sustainable development, and in support of public participation in protecting natural resources and preserving terrestrial ecosystems. 

An event on cultural exchange and creativity was held at La Moneda Cultural Center (CCLM) in Santiago, Chile, with the participation of more than 120 first-grade students, as part of the Qatar-Argentina-Chile 2025 Year of Culture.This event is jointly organized by the Years of Culture initiative, Qatar National Library (QNL), CCLM, and Trama Cultura Foundation.The event gave students a glimpse into different aspects of Qatari culture through an interactive combination of storytelling, art, and cultural exploration.The book of fables, 'Kalila wa Dimna' played a pivotal role in this event, as it contains a collection of famous tales dating back over a thousand years, recently translated into Spanish, and has been integrated into educational activities in several countries participating in the Years of Culture partnership.The event revived the tales of 'Kalila wa Dimna' through an entertaining performance by a Chilean band, which encouraged children to contemplate the universal human messages that these stories carry.Following the storytelling session, the students participated in an art workshop where they collaborated to paint a mural inspired by the sea that connects the two countries. Through this, the children learned about the concepts of communication and cultural exchange, emphasizing the ability of storytelling to transcend borders between places, languages, and cultures.In this context, QNL's Qatar Reads initiative presented a special art exhibition of Kalila wa Dimna at the Ricardo Guiraldes Library in Buenos Aires, Argentina. The exhibition included twelve original works by the Qatari artist and writer Wadha Al Athba.Commenting on this collaboration, Manager of Qatar Reads initiative Fatema Al Malki highlighted the importance for children to learn that, regardless of how different they may seem, cultures can share the same values, symbols and interests. Throughout the centuries, tales have conveyed lessons about empathy, cooperation and the meaning of humanity, she added.She noted that the inclusion of an influential book like 'Kalila wa Dimna' serves as a reminder that these lessons can resonate in Qatar and around the globe.The style of artworks was inspired by Islamic miniatures, embodying the spirit of humor, wisdom, and cultural depth in the original tales.These artworks appeared in the Spanish version of Kalila wa Dimna, written and illustrated by the artist Wadha Al Athba, and published by Hamad Bin Khalifa University Press.This initiative aims to promote respect between diverse cultures, encourage people to unite, strengthen ties, and promote dialogue. 

His Excellency Minister of Communications and Information Technology Mohammed bin Ali Al Mannai said the first edition of MWC25 Doha reflected the importance of the role that the region can play in shaping the future of communications and information technology by hosting this level of global expertise and companies in Doha.In a statement to Qatar News Agency (QNA), His Excellency explained that the conference demonstrated the ability of the region’s economies to employ fifth-generation and beyond technologies, artificial intelligence, and smart digital solutions in practical applications that support growth and open up broad horizons for innovation and growth.The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology affirmed its keenness to continue its partnership with GSMA, and to build on what has been achieved during this edition to launch new joint initiatives and enhance the region’s presence in the global innovation system, and to support aspirations for a more advanced and sustainable digital future, HE Minister said.MWC25 Doha, held under the patronage of HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani, and organized by the GSMA Association in partnership with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, concluded its work yesterday after two days that witnessed a great surge in the level of participation and attendance.Approximately 9,500 participants from more than 110 countries, including a notable percentage of executive leaders who constituted 20% of the total attendance, along with 41% of managers and decision-makers at the advanced sector level, attended the conference.MWC25 Doha also saw significant presence from sectors related to communications and information technology, as their representatives constituted about 61% of the total participants, reflecting the growing international and regional interest in the region’s role in the future of global communication. Director General of the GSMA Vivek Badrinath said that Launching MWC in Doha at this pivotal moment gives the region a platform to show the scale of its digital ambition.The State of Qatar’s pavilion was one of the most prominent stops at the conference, showcasing 32 innovative digital projects presented by 17 government entities, reflecting the level of progress in digital transformation and smart services in the country.Over two days, the pavilion witnessed a significant influx of ministerial delegations, policymakers, and international experts who explored national projects in smart cities, automated government services, digital identity, and artificial intelligence-based technologies. The State of Qatar has expressed its strong condemnation and denunciation of the shooting incident that occurred near the White House in the United States of America, which resulted in the injury of two National Guard members, affirming its full solidarity with the United States, its government and people.In a statement issued Thursday, the Ministry of Foreign Affairs reiterated the State of Qatar's firm stance rejecting violence, terrorism, and criminal acts, regardless of the motives and reasons.The Ministry also conveyed Qatar's wishes for a swift recovery for the injured.

The Civil Service and Government Development Bureau (CGB) concluded Thursday the activities of the First Gulf Forum on Artificial Intelligence in Civil Service, discussing innovative solutions otwards sustainable civil service. The forum was organized in collaboration with the Sultanate of Oman as part of the initiatives of the Technical Committee for Civil Service and Human Resources Affairs in the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries. The forum was attended CGB's Director General Saif bin Ali Al Kaabi, along with representatives from ministries and civil service authorities across the GCC, as well as specialists and employees from human resources and information systems departments. The event focused on showcasing leading Gulf experiences in leveraging artificial intelligence technologies to enhance government work efficiency, strengthen administrative system flexibility, and support smart institutional transformation in the civil service sector. The forum's activities included presentations by various Gulf entities, highlighting practical applications of AI in human resource management and the improvement of government services. A panel discussion was also held to explore the impact of smart solutions on the future of civil service. The forum's recommendations emphasized the importance of enhancing digital integration across the GCC, showcasing successful models and experiences in AI applications to improve government services, and supporting the path toward smart transformation in public administration. Additionally, the recommendations called for the establishment of a Gulf network to exchange expertise and best practices in the field of artificial intelligence, as well as encouraging institutional partnerships across the region to foster digital innovation and support smart transformation systems. 

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education (MoEHE) has confirmed its full preparedness to launch the end-of-semester exams for the 2025-2026 academic year. The announcement came during an extensive co-ordination meeting held by the Student Assessment Department with principals of public and private secondary schools implementing national standards.The meeting aimed to unify procedures and ensure all schools are fully equipped for the upcoming exams. Director of the Student Assessment Department Ibrahim Abdullah al-Mohannadi delivered a comprehensive presentation outlining final preparations, the approved exam schedule, and key organizational guidelines to ensure smooth exam administration.He emphasized the importance of adhering to official instructions and preparing exam halls in advance to provide a calm and disciplined environment that guarantees equal opportunities for all students. The meeting also addressed procedures for handling elective subjects this year, including grading protocols, updated mechanisms for recording results, and the importance of adhering to the set timeline for grade approvals.Additionally, the session reviewed essential regulations for exam committees, stressing the need for professional conduct by invigilators and responsible interaction with students. A strict ban on electronic devices, including mobile phones, smartwatches, and earphones, was reiterated to uphold exam integrity and maintain a stable assessment environment.The meeting concluded with an interactive discussion, during which school leaders raised questions and shared feedback on implementing the guidelines. The Student Assessment Department provided clarifications to ensure all schools are fully prepared to conduct exams in line with the highest educational standards. 

His Excellency Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani Thursday attended the conclusion of the "Watan 2025" exercise.The exercise included preliminary desk-based phases, followed by field exercises simulating realistic scenarios for dealing with security challenges and emergencies.The closing ceremony was attended by His Excellency Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Defence Affairs Sheikh Saoud bin Abdulrahman bin Hassan bin Ali al-Thani and His Excellency Minister of Interior and Commandor of Internal Security Forces (Lekhwiya), Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani along with a number the ministers; senior officials from participating entities; and security leaders. His Excellency the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs also inaugurated the Lekhwiya camp - in Zekreet - which is preparing to host the "Arabian Gulf Security 4" exercise in early 2026, with the participation of security agencies from the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries.  

Youth ambassadors from Qatar Foundation’s (QF) Akhlaquna initiative took part in a panel discussion at the WISE 12 Summit, which explored the impact of non-classroom learning experiences on shaping students’ character and ethical values.The summit – held every two years by QF’s global education initiative WISE – saw the students share their personal journeys and key moments from their experiences both inside and outside the classroom, emphasising the role of non-classroom activities in building skills, strengthening confidence, and reinforcing ethical values, and how these experiences contribute to making a meaningful difference in learners’ lives.Moza Abdulla al-Fakhroo, 19 , spoke about her experience in the session, saying: “I’ve learned that real education isn’t limited to what we receive in the classroom, it’s shaped by every experience we live outside of it.“Being part of the WISE Summit came with a strong sense of responsibility, as it gave us students, a platform to share our experiences. Over the course of my journey, I realized that what truly shaped my character wasn’t grades or assessments, but the initiatives and volunteer work I pursued out of personal motivation and without any reward. These experiences refined me, strengthened my confidence, and gave me the courage to take bigger steps in my path.”“I also realised that values and ethics are not lessons we simply learn from books, they are daily practices that reflect who we are and shape our impact on society. I hope everyone understands that a student is shaped by ethics, experiences, and opportunities just as much as by academics, and that true learning is what helps us discover ourselves and create positive change around us.”Fatima Saad al-Muhannadi, 18, said: “What distinguishes this edition of the conference is its focus on human values, values that are not secondary elements of society, but the foundation upon which we build our relationships, decisions, and daily responsibilities.”During the session, al-Muhannadi highlighted the practical role of ethics in everyday life, beyond theoretical concepts, saying: “Many of the behaviours we practice, whether at home, in school, or in our daily interactions, carry ethical values that influence us and those around us more than we realise.“Through the stories and experiences we shared, it became clear that even simple actions can make a significant difference in the lives of individuals and the wider community.”Al-Muhannadi emphasised that successful societal policies must be built on a strong ethical foundation, saying: “Young people are capable of contributing to and even leading the shaping of policies. When ethics form the basis of these decisions, their impact becomes far more positive and sustainable.”Abdulla Mohammad al-Biri, 14, spoke about the impact of student participation on building confidence and responsibility, saying: “I believe that initiatives and activities outside the classroom are not a luxury, but an essential part of a student’s development.“They provide us with skills we cannot gain from classroom learning alone, and introduce us to values such as commitment, respect, and responsibility.”Registration for the 2026 edition of the Akhlaquna initiative is open until January 11. More information is available at www.akhlaquna.qa 

Qatar and Tanzania have signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU) on mutual recognition of seafarers' certificates, on the sidelines of the 34th Session of the International Maritime Organisation (IMO) Assembly held in London.The MoU was signed by the Assistant Undersecretary of Maritime Transport Affairs, Eng. Abdulaziz Abdulla al-Sulaiti, and Director General of Tanzania Shipping Agencies Corp (TASAC), Mohamed Salum, in the presence of Qatar's ambassador to the UK, Ireland, and Iceland, and Qatar's Permanent Representative to the IMO, His Excellency Sheikh Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Saud al-Thani.The MoU comes as part of carrying out the provisions of the International Convention on Standards of Training, Certification and Watchkeeping for Seafarers (STCW) and its amendments, helping advance both countries' commitment to the highest international standards in the field.It applies to the certificates of seafarers who serve on registered merchant ships of either country or sail under its flag, except for the ships mentioned in Article 3 of the STCW Convention, with an affirmation that its provisions do not contradict the local laws of the two countries.In the same context, Ecuador's Ministry of Transport and the Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport signed an MoU on co-operation in the field of ports.The MoU was signed on behalf of the Qatari side by HE Sheikh Abdulla bin Mohammed bin Saud al-Thani and Ecuadorian ambassador to the UK Luis Ignacio Vayas Valdivieso.The memorandum aims to encourage co-operation and the exchange of expertise, ideas, and best practices to enhance productivity between the national port authorities of both sides.This is in addition to bolstering co-operation in advancing information technology in ports, as well as training and developing the national workforce operating in port management and operations between the two countries.The MoU further underscores Qatar's commitment to reinforcing international cooperation in the ports sector and sharing expertise and skills with global partners, contributing to raising the efficiency of port management and operations and developing them in line with the best global standards.Qatar, represented by the Ministry of Transport, held a reception ceremony for the Executive Council of IMO, in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of Transport Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulla bin Mohammed al-Thani, Secretary-General of IMO Arsenio Antonio Dominguez, alongside ministers from sisterly and friendly countries, ambassadors accredited to the UK, and high-ranking officials, as well as the heads and representatives of the delegations of IMO's member states.Addressing the gathering, HE the Minister of Transport extended Qatar's thanks and gratitude to IMO for its efforts to ensure maritime safety and security and protect the marine environment. He emphasised Qatar's commitment to collaborating with the organisation to achieve its goals and principles.

The Ministry of Public Health (MoPH), in collaboration with healthcare institutions across Qatar, recently organised a wide range of important activities and events as part of Qatar Infection Prevention and Control Week 2025.This year’s campaign embraced the theme “Stand UPPP for Infection Prevention” as a unifying call for collective action. The UPPP acronym stands for Unite, Protect, Prevent, Prevail — four fundamental principles which underscore what it takes to stop the spread of infection and build safer, healthier environments for all.The Ministry emphasised that these pillars highlight the importance of collaboration and integration between all healthcare professionals to achieve the shared goal of reducing infections and protecting both patients and staff.As part of the celebrations, the MoPH organised a CPD-accredited virtual symposium that explored crucial topics such as outbreak management, the role of artificial intelligence and modern technologies in infection control, environmental protection, and the importance of multidisciplinary teamwork.The event featured an array of international, regional and local speakers, and attracted over 700 participants from diverse healthcare facilities throughout Qatar — demonstrating the sector’s strong commitment to knowledge sharing and advancing expertise in this vital field.The Infection Prevention and Control (IPC) and Antimicrobial Resistance (AMR) Section, Healthcare Quality Department, also hosted a creative competition for designing social media messages and materials. This initiative aimed to foster innovation and effective engagement in spreading infection prevention awareness across the country. Nearly 40 entries were received from over a dozen healthcare institutions, reflecting the dedication and creativity of healthcare workers in promoting the culture of infection control.Throughout the week, healthcare organisations conducted internal events — including educational lectures, awareness exhibitions, and competitions — to further enhance staff awareness, encourage ongoing adherence to IPC practices, and raise standards in healthcare settings.The IPC and AMR team at MoPH also conducted site visits to several health facilities, joining staff in their celebrations and reaffirming the core value of unity in advancing sustainable infection control efforts. These visits served to promote cooperation and integration among various institutions, ensuring the development and implementation of effective infection prevention strategies. 

Hamad Medical Corporation’s (HMC) Long-Term Care and Residential Services at Rumailah Hospital have successfully achieved reaccreditation from the Joint Commission International (JCI) for the fourth time, following a detailed survey conducted in October 2025.This important milestone covers HMC’s Long-Term Care facilities, including the Enaya and Daam Specialised Care Center and the Residential Care Compound-1, reaffirming HMC’s commitment to providing safe, high-quality care. The reaccreditation serves as a strong endorsement of the quality and safety standards embedded in every aspect of service delivery.The Enaya and Daam Specialised Care Center and Residential Care Compound-1 provide 24/7 care and rehabilitation for long-term patients with complex and chronic medical conditions. These specialised centres are the only facilities of their kind in Qatar, offering comprehensive, multidisciplinary care to improve patients’ quality of life.The JCI survey, conducted under the 2nd Edition of the JCI Accreditation Standards for Long-Term Care, evaluated all aspects of operations, from clinical care and patient safety to leadership and management systems. The successful outcome confirms HMC’s full compliance with international best practices in long-term healthcare delivery. 

The Arab Educational, Cultural and Scientific Organization (ALECSO) announced the designation of Katara Cultural Village Foundation as the Arab Opera City during a ceremony held on Wednesday in the presence of HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Tunisia Zayed bin Saeed Al Kumait Al Khayarin.This designation is a recognition of Katara by the Arab and international communities for its pioneering role in supporting Arab opera and enhancing its presence on the regional and international stage.Speaking on the occasion, Director General of the Katara Cultural Village Foundation Dr. Khalid bin Ibrahim Al Sulaiti, said that the selection of Katara as the Arab Opera City is a tribute to the Foundation's efforts in supporting musical creativity and preserving Arab cultural identity. **media[386458]**This title, he added, represents a new responsibility that encourages continued work on presenting Arab operatic works that showcase the beauty of the Arabic language and culture, while contributing to the development of the Arab artistic scene on a global level.Al Sulaiti noted that Katara will organize the first Arab Opera Festival from December 8th to 11th, in cooperation with the ALECSO, with the participation of 13 Arab opera houses, in addition to a selection of Arab artists and creators. He pointed out that the Cairo Opera House was chosen as the guest of honor for the festival's inaugural edition, being the oldest Arab opera house.He confirmed that the festival will include numerous events, including the opening ceremony and a tribute to the renowned Arab composer Omar Khairat, as well as musical and operatic performances featuring the Cairo Opera Orchestra and the Qatar Philharmonic Orchestra. Furthermore, an online platform for Arab opera houses will be launched, enabling those interested in operatic music to access it. The festival will also feature information on the programs of each Arab opera house throughout the year, as well as workshops introducing the art of operatic singing and performance techniques. A model of Katara, the Arab Opera City, will also be unveiled.Director-General of ALECSO Dr. Mohamed Ould Amar expressed pride in announcing the selection of the Katara Cultural Village Foundation as the Arab Opera City, highlighting its pioneering role in supporting musical arts and strengthening the presence of Arab opera on the regional and international cultural scene. The Foundation has demonstrated an exceptional model in promoting the fine arts, particularly opera, through programs, initiatives, and festivals that cultivate artistic awareness and expand opportunities for Arab talent.The Director-General of ALECSO added that Katara's selection is a culmination of its distinguished journey in fostering creativity and providing ample spaces for cultural diversity. This well-deserved Arab recognition reflects its significant efforts to become a platform that brings together artists and creators from various Arab countries and contributes to highlighting Arab musical identity with a modern spirit that respects authenticity and embraces renewal.Amar indicated that ALECSO highly values ​​Katara's qualitative initiatives that contribute to strengthening Arab culture, supporting authentic arts, and fostering intercultural dialogue, making it one of the most prominent and influential Arab cultural landmarks. He affirmed that its recognition as the City of Arab Opera opens a new chapter in the history of Arab cooperation in the fields of art and creativity.He expressed ALECSO's aspiration to continue joint work with Katara to develop musical and cultural projects that contribute to consolidating the presence of Arab opera, developing its platforms, and building artistic bridges that reflect the image of Arab culture in its most splendid forms.It is worth noting that Katara was previously honored by ALECSO by being designated the 'City of the Arabic Novel', in recognition of its support for the Arabic novel and the launch of the Katara Prize for Arabic Fiction. It also received the designation of 'Cultural Heritage City of Arabian Horses', in recognition of its role in highlighting the heritage associated with Arabian horses and organizing accompanying festivals and events. Additionally, it was awarded the Babylon International Cultural Cities Award in Baghdad, in recognition of its cultural and creative leadership in the region.

At the conclusion of its 55th ordinary session held on Wednesday at the headquarters of the Arab League in Cairo, the Council of Arab Information Ministers decided to designate Doha as Arab Media Capital for 2027, and approved the designation of Rabat as Arab Media Capital for 2026 and Damascus for 2028.In its final communique, the council called on the Kingdom of Morocco to put in place the essential procedures to advance a comprehensive program to celebrate Rabat as Arab Media Capital for 2026, ensuring that the program includes dedicated activities and events for Al-Quds Al-Sharif.The Council further urged Arab media to give special attention to the issue of occupied Jerusalem and to implement the decision of the Council of Arab Information Ministers to treat this holy city as the eternal Arab Media Capital.It hailed the efforts undertaken by the State of Kuwait in celebrating Kuwait as Arab Media Capital for 2025, calling on the General Secretariat to be provided with a report on the efforts and activities conducted throughout 2025 so that it can be circulated to member states for reference in future experiences.

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al-Thani received a written message from King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa of the Kingdom of Bahrain to participate in the 46th session of the Supreme Council of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC), which will be hosted by the Kingdom of Bahrain in December.HE Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani received the message on Wednesday during his meeting with  Ambassador of the Kingdom of Bahrain to the State of Qatar Mohammed bin Ali Al Ghatam. 

The Ministry of Education and Higher Education, through its Educational Affairs sector, has issued a circular regulating operations in public schools during the end-of-semester examination periods for the first and second semesters of the 2025-2026 academic year.The move is intended to provide a safe and supportive learning environment for students and to increase flexibility for administrative and teaching staff.In a statement, the ministry said the circular supports schools' efforts to create an appropriate atmosphere for students taking exams and to ensure that assessment, grading and certificate issuance are conducted to the highest standards of quality and accuracy.The circular allows students to leave school immediately after completing their exams to reduce crowding and improve movement within school buildings. It requires schools to complete grading, recording of marks and issuance of certificates within the specified timelines while maintaining rigorous quality controls in correction and review processes. School employees are permitted to leave two hours before the official end of the workday during both examination periods, provided that these early departures are not combined with breastfeeding hours or other reduced-schedule arrangements and that total daily early departures and authorized absences combined do not exceed two hours while the circular is in effect.The ministry stressed that the measures are designed to enable schools to carry out their duties efficiently during exam periods, while ensuring an educational environment that meets students' needs and preserves the stability and quality of the educational process.
