As part of continuous professional development and academic excellence, and to prepare educators for the forthcoming academic session, MES Indian School commenced a week-long Staff Orientation Programme on Sunday, August 23, at the Conference Hall. The programme was organised for educators from the Boys’, Girls’, Junior, KG and Evening Sections, focusing on academic enhancement, technology integration and institutional practices.
On the inaugural day, the programme commenced with a keynote address by Dr Hameeda Kadar, principal, on ‘Strategic Roadmap for Academic Enhancement’, sharing key guidelines with teachers and innovative strategies to strengthen curriculum delivery and classroom effectiveness. and professional and pedagogical capabilities.
Further, the ICT Team of the school conducted an ERP Skills Enhancement Session, familiarising teachers with the new ERP modalities, followed by the members of the HR Team conducting a ‘School Governance and HR Connect’ Session, providing teachers with an overview of school policies and procedures. The orientation programme ensured that educators were well prepared to meet the evolving needs of learners and contribute effectively to the school’s academic vision.
