His Excellency the Minister of State at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Dr Mohammed bin Abdulaziz bin Saleh al-Khulaifi met in Riyadh Monday with Saudi Arabia’s Vice-Minister of Foreign Affairs Eng. Waleed bin Abdulkarim El-Khereiji.
They reviewed bilateral relations and ways to support and strengthen them in various fields, and discussed the latest developments in the region, particularly the agreement reached between the US and Iran, as well as the latest developments in Syria, Sudan, and Somalia.
They expressed satisfaction with the agreement reached between the US and Iran to cease military operations and ensure freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz, deeming it an important step towards consolidating sustainable peace and promoting economic growth regionally and internationally.
