His Highness The Deputy Amir and the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Qatar University, Sheikh Abdullah bin Hamad Al Thani, chaired the fourth meeting of the Board of Trustees for the 2025-2026 academic year, held this morning at the Amiri Diwan.

At the beginning of the meeting, the Board reviewed the implementation of the decisions and recommendations from the third meeting of the 2025-2026 academic year, discussed the items on the agenda, and made the appropriate decisions.Â
The Board also approved a proposal to amend the admission quotas at Qatar University, effective Fall 2027, and endorsed a proposal to restructure the Bachelor of Education program in general education.
