Hamad Port welcomed Friday the maiden call of MV APL Raffles, the largest container vessel to ever call to the port since the start of operation. With a capacity of 17,300 TEU and 398 metres in length, the APL Raffles is one of the largest vessels in CMACGM fleet and is part of the Ocean Alliance's CIMEX5/MEA3 service, Mwani Qatar stated in its Twitter account.
