Qatar participated Sunday in the 28th meeting of the Committee of Ministers Responsible for Environmental Affairs in the Gulf Co-operation Council (GCC) countries, held in Bahrain.
Qatar’s delegation was headed by His Excellency the Minister of Environment and Climate Change Dr Abdullah bin Abdulaziz bin Turki al-Subaie.
The meeting discussed several agenda items aimed at strengthening joint GCC environmental action and promoting the exchange of expertise and experiences among GCC member states to support regional efforts toward environmental sustainability.
