Kazakhstan’s Central Military Band of the Armed Forces delivered a special performance of Lel Ulla Ya Watani by Fahad al-Hajri across the streets and promenades of The Pearl-Qatar. Accompanied by the use of traditional Kazakh musical instruments, the performance was presented as a gesture of appreciation to Qatar, following the band’s participation in the Doha International Music and Marching Festival 2025 (Doha Tattoo). During the festival, the Honour Guard Band of Kazakhstan’s ministry of defence and the Kazakh Central Military Band, widely recognised among Asia’s leading military music institutions, presented a series of impressive showcases. These included diverse musical segments featuring brass and woodwind instruments, alongside precise military formations that reflected the discipline and high level of professionalism of the performers. Bringing together traditional and contemporary elements, the performances highlighted the cultural and artistic role of military music in fostering dialogue, appreciation, and connection between nations. 

The first edition of the Doha International Music and Dance Festival (Doha Tattoo) concluded at Katara Cultural Village, under the patronage of His Excellency the Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani, and in the presence of His Excellency the Minister of State for Interior Affairs Sheikh Abdulaziz bin Faisal bin Mohammed al-Thani, and Germany's Federal Minister of the Interior Alexander Dobrindt, along with several senior officers and officials.**media[396347]**The participating military bands presented dazzling performances that were well-received by the audience. Bands from Qatar participated alongside bands from several brotherly and friendly nations.**media[396348]**The Qatari bands included those from the Ministry of Defence, the Ministry of Interior, the Amiri Guard, and the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya).Bands from Oman, Jordan, Turkiye, Kazakhstan, United Kingdom, and the US also participated.**media[396349]**The performances were inspired by the traditions of international "Tattoo" festivals, celebrating rhythm, culture and unity, in an atmosphere that reflected the spirit of cultural exchange and the diversity of experiences, within artistic panels of an organised military nature. 

His Excellency the Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani conducted an inspection visit to review preparations for the launch of the 1st edition of the Doha International Music and Marching Festival (Doha Tattoo), scheduled to take place at the Katara Cultural Village from December 16 to 20.During the visit, His Excellency went over the organisational readiness and technical preparations for the festival, which will feature performances by military and music bands from a number of countries, alongside national participants from the Armed Forces, the Ministry of Interior, the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya), and the Amiri Guard.The festival marks a first-of-its-kind event in the Middle East and represents a significant addition to the global series of Tattoo festivals.
