Huawei Technologies Qatar CEO Frank Fan and George Thomas, CFO and adviser to the chairman of Intertec Group, officially announced the partnership by signing the agreement at an event held recently in the presence of Huawei Technologies Qatar managing director Roy Luo and Intertec Group division manager Asraf NK.
