Air Cargo Customs at Hamad International Airport (HIA) has arrested a passenger for attempting to smuggle banned pills to Qatar. 
The General Authority of Customs (GAC), tweeted that customs officials recovered 397 Lyrica and 46 Captagon pills from the passenger after an inspection.
In September second week, the Air Cargo Customs officials had seized 34,990 Captagon pills found concealed inside a consignment of small tables.
In July, four packs of crystal meth (Methamphetamine) weighing 734 gm were seized at HIA.
