3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum encourages health and fitness for all ages

The 3-2-1 Qatar Olympic and Sports Museum (QOSM) has organised an exciting obstacle course at Khalifa International Stadium, which is open to all age groups, including toddlers, children and adults.The course features a range of challenging obstacles that test the participants' strength, agility and endurance. In addition, the obstacle course aims to promote physical activity and a healthy lifestyle, encouraging the community to stay active and fit. The obstacle course is sponsored by LTMG."We are delighted to offer this exciting opportunity for our community to come together. Through this obstacle course event, we hope to inspire individuals of all ages to prioritise their health and well-being," said 3-2-1 QOSM president HE Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdullah al-Thani in a press statement.The obstacle course is designed to be suitable for all skill levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, and is divided into separate courses for toddlers, children, and adults.Participants can compete against each other and the clock, with prizes awarded to those who complete the course in the fastest time.Go Sport will be awarding top performers with gift vouchers. In addition to the obstacle course, attendees will have the opportunity to access healthy food options at the venue. They will also have the chance to learn more about promoting healthy living for themselves and their families."We are committed to promoting a healthy lifestyle and physical activity in our community," said 3-2-1 QOSM director Abdulla Yousuf al-Mulla. "We believe this obstacle course event is an excellent way to engage with people of all ages and inspire a love for staying active and healthy.”The obstacle course is set to run throughout the month of Ramadan, concluding on April 24. On the last day, visitors will have a unique opportunity to participate in an obstacle race to challenge themselves against the clock and other participants.Visitors can access the venue through gates 16 and 17 of the Khalifa International Stadium from 7pm to 11pm.
