Shop Qatar’s acrobatic show, exclusively produced for Mall of Qatar (MoQ), continued to enthrall a large number of people Friday with a series of fascinating choreographed routines and stunning acro-balance skills by international performers.
This one-of-its-kind live performance, which began on January 16 and concludes Saturday, is showcasing jugglers, magic show, and an engaging soundtrack that mixes authentic circus and traditional music all with a modern twist on MoQ’s Ooredoo Oasis Stage.

The show (6 to 6.25pm, 7 to7.25pm, 8pm to 8.25pm, 9pm to 9.25pm) forms part of Shop Qatar’s fourth edition, featuring more than 30 family-friendly events and activations for residents and visitors taking place across the country until January 31. The three-week shopping festivity in Qatar concludes with a week-long Chinese New Year celebration, which is expected to attract many festival-goers.
MoQ opened its Chinese Cultural Hub at its Luxury Court Friday as part of the festivity, featuring Chinese calligraphy, photo booth, face painting, and ribbon dancers. The Hub, open from 10am to 10pm and runs until January 31, will also showcase Chinese drummers Saturday, a spectacular Dragon Parade Sunday, and other traditional Chinese entertainment, roaming parades and activities to showcase the history and heritage of its rich culture to mark the annual festivity.
Similar activities (Dragon Parade and Drum Show ) will be taking place at various malls from Saturday to January 31, including special Chinese arts and crafts activities (Saturday to January 30). Children will have the opportunity to see and interact with their favourite DC Justice League super heroes at a Meet & Greet event on Sunday the Ooredoo Stage at 4pm, 5.30pm, 7pm, and 8.30pm.
The Justice League interactive show at MoQ last year, which featured Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman, and The Flash, attracted and thrilled a large number of young fans in the country. Mall-goers will also get a treat with a live performance by a celebrity singer at Shop Qatar’s closing ceremony after revealing the winners of the final raffle draw on January 31. Prizes at stake include cash, BMW 730Li and MINI Cooper Hatchback.
Shoppers can still join the final raffle draw and avail of discounts up to 70% across 12 retail partners: Al Mirqab Mall, Al Khor Mall, City Centre, Doha Festival City, Gulf Mall, Hyatt Plaza, Lagoona Mall, Landmark Mall, Mall of Qatar, Villaggio, and The Pearl-Qatar and Galeries Lafayette.
