Homes r us, a one-stop destination for stylish home concepts, has opened its third store in Qatar at Ezdan Al Wakrah, showcasing a wide range of home furniture, furnishings and accessories.
The event was attended by Al Wakrah Municipality’s technical affairs director Abdulaziz al-Mansori, public relations and notifications specialist Mohamed Ali al-Shawi, Homes r us-LTC Qatar director Hiroo Amarnani, general manager Ramesh Bulchandani, and guests.
Speaking to Gulf Times on the sidelines of the grand launch, Bulchandani said the newly-opened 50,000sq ft showroom is also Homes r us’ 21st store in the Gulf region.
“Our uniqueness lies on the items that we bring, which people will not find in the market. We have a variety of furniture, furnishings and accessories from Turkey, Vietnam, France, Malaysia, and China, among other countries – quality products at reasonable prices,” he stressed.
Bulchandani added that Homes r us will continue to provide Qatar residents not only with “the best products from around the world” but also uncompromising customer service. Homes r us is described as ‘more than just a store but a complete lifestyle destination, showcasing intricately designed, timeless and versatile items – a range that is created to outlive trends and evolve with the changing times’.

About its new location in Qatar, Bulchandani said they chose Ezdan Wakrah due to the rapid development in the city, which hosts one of the stadiums for the 2022 FIFA World Cup.
Apart from its stores at Mall of Qatar, Hyatt Plaza Shopping Mall, and Ezdan Al Wakrah, the general manager disclosed that they are also planning to open two more stores in the country. “We have yet to decide on the locations. We will announce it soon,” he said. “Qatar is a special market for us, it is a beautiful country and rapidly developing.”
