Doha Mall, a QR1.5bn project and part of Al Mana Malls, will open its doors in February 2020, it was announced Tuesday.
Located at Abu Hamour, the only super-regional mall in the southern part of Doha aims to fulfil consumers’ growing appetite for fashion, new age entertainment and choicest of global cuisine. 
Built on a plot of 125,000sqm with a total of 270,000sqm built up area, Doha Mall has around 100,000sqm of gross leasable area across three levels, with over 3,500 parking spaces.
“Doha Mall is one of the most highly accessible shopping and entertainment destinations in Doha. It will be catering the needs of 25% of Qatar population which resides within 5km radius. It is two minutes away from Doha Express Highway on the intersection of F-Ring Road and Wholesale Market Street and 10 minutes from Hamad International Airport,” Rony Mourani, general manager of Al Mana Malls told a press conference.
“One of the Qatar Rail Metro stations can be easily accessed within the mall vicinity. We also plan to have shuttle bus service to leading hotels so that tourists can access the mall at their convenience. Once opened, Doha Mall expects footfall of over 1,000,000 visitors each month, owing to its location and other features,” continued Mourani. 
According to the official, Doha Mall will be home to more than 250 retail stores, with over 14 anchor stores, a new FLiK Cinemas concept, 10 cinema screens, world-class bowling centre, high-tech family entertainment centre, trampoline and adventure park for children, a wide range of dining options with more than 60 food and beverage units as well as well-lit ambience with natural sky light; making it a one-stop-shop destination.
