The Amiri Gems pavilion at Doha Jewellery and Watches Exhibition (DJWE) has introduced several new brands including some high-end jewellery brands such as James Ganh and Ananya.
The 2019 edition of DJWE, being held at Doha Exhibition and Convention Centre, closes today.
James Ganh is a celebrated jewellery engineer, ingenious and constantly striking a careful balance in jewelled creations which demonstrate both sentimentality and versatility. Introduced for the first time at DJWE, the brand has showcased some of the finest and exquisite collections at the exhibition. 
“We get some fantastic reviews from our customers here in Doha. The initial response from them is ‘wow’ and ‘I never expected this here’. Most of the jewellery items are very distinct and versatile,” Ganh told Gulf Times.
“Our prices range from QR50,000 to QR10mn for our various products. Some of them even cost higher than the given price,” Ganh added. 
Ganh designs jewellery that can serve as a collectors’ item as well as wearable as he is perfectly attuned to the needs of his client base. His desirable designs have a unique appreciation for detail and craftsmanship, ideals which are imbued in all of the collections and in the manner of working as a luxury engineer.  
Ganh’s unique creations are inspired by his time and formal training at Central St Martins, as well as from his work at various internationally recognised luxury houses. Most significantly, Ganh worked for Fabergé and the iconic brand and longstanding artisan history proved to have a key influence on his approach to fine jewellery.  
Another exciting brand at the pavilion is Ananya that showcases some exquisite, stunning and elegant items.
“We have some of the finest diamond jewellery which are beyond comparison. They are very unique and stylish. We also have other dailywear as well as partywear. Out items range between QR50,000 and QR2mn. We are very excited to introduce these to the Qatar market as we are getting very positive response from the visitors,” said an  official.
