The event was attended by several distinguished guests from public and private sectors as well as the staff of the company.
“We started this company in 1998 with four employees and now we have 70 and if we had one project in the beginning now we have over 216,” Mahmoud Amer, CEO and founder of the company, told Gulf Times.
“We provide solutions in 12 sectors from health to environment to banking and national security among others. We serve very high profile organisations such as Ministry of Interior, QNB, Hamad Medical Corp, Woqod among others. We provide over 60 solutions in various areas,” said Amer.
“We implemented the Middle East’s first electronic government system in Qatar in 1999. We integrated payment with the service and introduced the electronic resident permit service. We launched the first taxi company Karwa with an integrated system. We have launched several pioneering services and provided some of the most unique services in the country.”
The official also noted that the company is planning for expansion to other countries in the region.
“We provide services in several countries in the GCC, and the Middle East including Yemen, Kuwait, Oman, Jordan among others. We also have a branch in the UK and we plan to expand our services to other countries in Europe,” he said.
“We aim for perfection and supremacy in creating new remarkable and innovative solutions and services. We deliver them on time and with quality to insure customer satisfaction. It has contributed in making the business and the community better. This led to the “DTQ,” a company motto for ‘Deliver on Time with Quality’ as a sign of commitment for guaranteed quality results,” the official said.
“Our IT team has developed a suite of web and mobile based integrated systems called “Ideal Unity” that serves vehicle tracking and dispatching, warehouse management, human resources and project management, in addition to many other web-based solutions and portals. In the field of GIS, we supply and implement all kinds of geospatial systems and high resolution imagery. “
Since its establishment, Ideal solutions has received many dozens of prizes, certifications, appreciations and rewards.
