HE the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Ahmed bin Abdullah bin Zaid al-Mahmoud has issued a circular on working hours during the holy month of Ramadan for the ministries, government bodies and public institutions. According to the circular, the official working hours during the holy month for civil employees will be five hours a day, from 9am to 2pm.
