Ciftci Towers, the most luxurious residential towers in Istanbul, is showcasing its monumental mixed-use project at the three-day ‘Expo Turkey by Qatar 2017,’ which opened yesterday at the Qatar National Convention Centre.
“Everything is designed like the Rockefeller Centre, it is a very special project that provides unparalleled views of the city,” Ciftci Towers general manager Burçin Okur told Gulf Times on the sidelines of the event yesterday.
He said the project, designed by renowned British architect John McAslan, features two towers (45 floors each) with 288 residences, offices, and a 70,000 sq m shopping mall below. Each floor has only four residences.
“It is for the wealthy and prestigious people,” he stressed.
Ciftci Towers, located at the heart of Istanbul’s residential, business and financial districts, welcome Istanbul from above, which span across the European and the Asian sides. The towers also embrace the breathtaking views of the Bosphorus from the historic peninsula towards the Golden Horn.
TEM highway, Barbaros Avenue, Fatih Sultan Mehmet and Bosphorus bridges, as well as plaza centres and public transportation, are all minutes away from the property, providing residents with the greatest luxury to savour life as they please. Okur said the project’s design offers luminous and spacious spaces due to the high ceilings and floor, and ceiling windows that provide unobstructed views. “The sunlight blinds on the tower exterior provide controlled sunlight entry, which in turn reinforce energy efficiency. Residents can fulfil all their needs and enjoy each apartment service with the use of the touch screen smart home systems,” he added.
The senior official noted that they are anticipating a lot of interest from regional and international investors “in this unique development that will set a new benchmark in Istanbul’s high-end residential segment.”
“We have not gone to foreign customers before but now we have a very good relation with Qatar and there are lots of Qatari businessmen in Turkey, they are investing in Turkey,” he said.
The event provides Qatar residents and visitors the opportunity to meet with the interior architect of Ciftci Towers and discuss various investment opportunities of this exclusive property. Turkey and Qatar’s strategic partnership is heading to the world stage to strengthen economic and commercial relations at the Expo, which hosts more than 300 Turkish companies, along with Qatar’s state-owned enterprises and investors.
Ciftçi Towers’ interior designer Francesca Muzio from FM Interior Design firm will give a 20-minute presentation today to give an overview of the interior design elements of this unique property. “We are pleased to join participants at the exhibition and present to them the most luxurious residence in Istanbul set to open soon,” Okur said.
Ciftci Towers is an investment project of Ciftciler Holding Company, constructed by Türkerler Holding. The interior design of the property is managed by FM Interior Design firm from Italy.
Upon completion, the Ciftci Towers project will mark its signature on the city of Istanbul with its outstanding modern designs inspired from contemporary architecture and engineering wonders around the world.
