Two Palestinians were injured by Israeli occupation forces’ gunfire Tuesday in Al-Amal neighborhood and near Hamad City, north of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip.
Palestinian news agency (WAFA) reported that the two Palestinians were injured after Israeli occupation forces opened fire on them with live ammunition.
Earlier today, WAFA reported that a Palestinian child was martyred from injuries sustained about three weeks ago during Israeli shelling on the town of Al-Zawaida in the central Gaza Strip.
A ceasefire agreement between Hamas and Israel took effect last October, but Israeli occupation forces continue to violate it by carrying out further airstrikes, artillery shelling and heavy gunfire across the Gaza Strip.
