The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department at the Ministry of Justice on September 13 — 17 reached QR299,903,384, reports QNA.

 

The total value of sales contracts for residential units in the Real Estate Bulletin during the same period amounted to QR71,086,172, bringing the total real estate trading volume for the week to QAR 370.989mn.

 

The weekly bulletin issued by the Department shows that the list of traded properties included vacant land, residences, residential buildings, and residential units.

 

Sales transactions were concentrated in the municipalities of Al Rayyan, Doha, Umm Salal, Al Daayen, Al Wakra, Al Khor, Al Thakhira, and Al Shamal, as well as areas of Lusail 69, The Pearl, Al Wukair, Al Kharayej, Umm Al Amad, Legtaifiya, Al Gharafa, and Ghar Thuaileb.

 

The volume of real estate trading in sales contracts registered with the Real Estate Registration Department exceeded QR387mn during the period from September 6 to 10.
