Doha Bank has completed the surveillance audits required to maintain its internationally recognised ISO certifications.
Following a comprehensive independent assessment, the certification body confirmed the continued effectiveness and compliance of Doha Bank's management systems, resulting in the ongoing certification of ISO 9001:2015 – Quality Management System, ISO/IEC 27001:2022 – Information Security Management System, ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 – IT Service Management System and ISO 10002:2018 – Customer Satisfaction and Complaints Handling Management System certificates.
The completion of these surveillance audits reflects Doha Bank's commitment to maintaining the highest international standards across its operations.
