As part of Qatar’s wider digital transformation drive, the Ministry of Education and Higher Education, working with the Ministry of Communications and Information Technology and the Civil Service and Government Development Bureau, has announced the launch of the Digital Transformation Programme under the Government Scholarship Plan for the 2026/2027 academic year.
