His Excellency the Minister of Interior and Commander of the Internal Security Force (Lekhwiya) Sheikh Khalifa bin Hamad bin Khalifa al-Thani presented certificates Thursday to the second batch of graduates of the Security Command and Staff Programme.
The minister, who is also chairman of the Supreme Council of the Police Academy, handed the certificates to participants who completed the requirements of the programme, which is run by the academy's College of Graduate Studies. Heads and commanders of military and security agencies attended the ceremony.
