The Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Ghana Alban Sumana Kingsford Bagbin arrived in Doha on Wednesday to offer condolences on the passing of HH the Late Father Amir Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al-Thani.
His Excellency and the accompanying delegation were received upon arrival at Hamad International Airport by HE Director of the Protocol Department at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ibrahim bin Yousef Fakhro and HE Ambassador of the Republic of Ghana to the State of Qatar Mohamed Noureddine Ismail.
