The Al Jasra Cultural Salon, part of the Al Jasra Cultural and Social Club affiliated to the Ministry of Culture, will host a lecture on “Digital Transformation in Qatar: Opportunities and Challenges” at 7pm Saturday (June 20) at the club's headquarters in Souq Waqif.
The lecture will feature a select group of experts in digital transformation and technology.
Abdullah al-Salhout and Sarah Hassan Abdulmalik will review the most prominent features of digital transformation in Qatar, the achievements in this field, the opportunities that digital development offers to various sectors, and the challenges of keeping pace with rapid technological change.
The lecture is expected to include an open discussion with the audience on the current state of digital transformation in Qatar, its future prospects, and its role in supporting sustainable development and enhancing service efficiency across various fields.
The lecture, to be moderated by writer Hanan Badie, is part of the Al Jasra Cultural Salon's efforts to address contemporary issues affecting society and to enrich cultural and intellectual dialogue on topics related to development and progress.
