This will be followed by a module on image-building and reputation management, led by Ahmed Selim Yildiz, from June 9 to 11. The programme continues with a module on corporate communication skills, presented by Dr Mustafa al-Qadi from June 13 to 17.
Crisis management will be addressed by Dr Abdullah Jawdat from June 18 to 22, and protocol and etiquette will be presented by Saeed al-Aida from June 23 to 27.
The diploma programme concludes with a session on conference and event organisation led by Dr Samir al-Shamaila from June 28-30, followed by a session on writing for public relations with Amjad al-Shaltouni from July 1 to 4, and then a session on media presence presented by journalist and media personality Zain al-Abidin Tawfiq from July 5-9.
The diploma, which the institute has been offering for over 14 years, aims to equip participants with specialised practical tools to help them manage corporate communications effectively.
