Aamal Company, in co-operation with the Qatar Cycling Federation, has announced the Aamal Ride 2023 on November 17, with registration profits going to the Qatar Charity campaign for Palestine.
The long distance loop of 85km starts at 6.45am from Lusail. The rider should be 16 years or older and an expert and fit cyclist who can maintain at least +25 km/ hr, on road bikes only. National team cadets are exempt.
The middle distance loop-56km starts at 8.30am. Expert and fit cyclists aged 16 or older must maintain at least +22 km/ hr. average speed. National team cadets are exempt. Preferably road bikes.
The short distance loop-14km starts at 9am for anyone who knows how to ride a bike and has good road awareness. All kinds of bikes are allowed except for TT bikes. The inclusive ride of 1.6km starts at 9.15am for anyone who would like to ride for fun.

The registration fee: Long distance - QR250; medium distance - QR200; short distance - QR100; inclusive ride - free.
Each participant should have his/her own bike. The participation bag can be received from the collection booth in City Center Doha, and a valid ID card (ID/passport) must be presented.
Jersey sizes will be allocated on a first-come basis. Each rider will receive a jersey and a bib number which must be worn on the day of the ride.
If you are collecting on behalf of someone else, you must present a letter and a copy of the rider’s ID that shows you have permission to take receipt of the item on their behalf. For more information, please visit the website:
