The Ministry of Endowments (Awqaf) and Islamic Affairs, represented by the Department of Dawah and Religious Guidance, held the 2nd Legal Muftis Forum during 2023, under the title "Fatwa and challenges of current time" with the participation of 50 male preachers, researchers and specialists in fatwas and Sharia consultations.
The forum is seen as an interactive scientific meeting presented by Dr Issam al-Bashir, focusing on three axes: The first was titled "Landmarks in the world of fatwa", the second was entitled "Fatwa and challenges of current time," and the third dealt with suggestions and discussions.
