The General Directorate of Traffic has seized five vehicles along with their drivers for reckless driving and drifting while causing damage to the public roads. This was tweeted by the Traffic Department Friday. The action was taken after a video of five vehicles violating rules on a road at Al Shamal went viral on social media.
“With reference to the video circulating about some vehicles causing damage on the properties on the public road, the Patrols and Traffic Investigation Section at Al Shamal Traffic Department has managed to seize five vehicles with their drivers, and legal measures are being taken with them regarding this violation”, the tweet said.
