Alfardan Sports Motors, the official dealer of Ferrari and Maserati in Qatar, has inaugurated yesterday a brand new and state-of-the-art luxury service centre for the world-renowned Italian car brands at The Pearl-Qatar.
Alfardan Group president and CEO Omar Hussain Alfardan led the ribbon-cutting ceremony at the 2,107sq m automobile facility, which combines cutting-edge technology and functionality to provide a highly interactive customer experience.
“We have taken into consideration the high standards that are recommended by Ferrari and Maserati to ensure the customer has exactly the same experience when purchasing the car,” Alfardan Motor Sports’ Ferrari and Maserati Qatar general manager Charly Dagher told Gulf Times.
He said the service centre also has plush lounges for customers. A team of factory-trained professionals and technicians not only fix, diagnose and replace car parts but are also trained on “how to pamper and take care of each vehicle,” according to Dagher.
The facility features a ‘revolutionary clinic concept’ that embodies the design style and innovation associated with the two iconic labels.
The service centre accommodates 20 working bays equipped with the latest diagnostic tools especially manufactured to support Maserati and Ferrari cars’ superior engineering. It also includes dedicated units for genuine parts, oil and filter service, electronic system updates, wheel balancing and change, and programming, among others. The body shop services remain at the Industrial Area street number 2.
“Being the first dealership to open its service centre in such an extraordinary location, Alfardan Sports Motors invested in such prime location to provide the highest standard of service,” Dagher noted.
He described The Pearl-Qatar as the “hotspot for luxury,” providing Ferrari and Maserati car owners utmost convenience in terms of accessibility. “We are flattered to provide them the privilege of booking and of simply dropping off their cars at the service centre and spending their time enjoying the five-star amenities within the island while we do our job,” Dagher stressed.
“Our working stations have been modelled from an aesthetic point of view where everything is embedded under the floor,” he explained. “The aim is to style it as a car clinic with neat and elegant interiors.”
The service centre relies on wireless technology to provide its clients with the most efficient and quickest solutions.
Dagher noted that Alfardan Sports Motors “is equally committed to being environmentally responsible,” building a facility that employs high-quality equipment to minimise leaks and lower emissions.
Alfardan Sports Motors won the ‘Customer Satisfaction Index – Top Performer’ award for its exemplary sales and after-sales services offered to Ferrari owners in 2016. “This award, which marks the second consecutive win for the dealership, reflects its long-lasting commitment to curate exclusive experiences that go beyond clients’ expectations,” the general manager said.
Prior appointment is needed for car check-up and service at the new service centre (telephone number 44065699), located at Medina Centrale building number 7. Alfardan Sports Motors is the first among industry peers to open a dedicated luxurious automobile facility in the country’s upscale leisure destination.
