Alfardan Automobiles’ MINI showroom, located in West Bay, recently hosted the “Interactive Tournaments Institution” PlayStation competition.
Some 120 fans of the most popular console games gathered at the showroom to compete against the best players in Qatar for a chance to win prizes, according to a statement.
The event, which took place last weekend, saw participants going head to head to win one of three prizes on offer. The winners had the opportunity to take one of the latest MINI models for a three-day test drive.
The MINI showroom offered a “fun and vibrant location” for the contest, the statement added.
Ihab Allam, general manager of Alfardan Automobiles, said: “When we thought about this event, we did not hesitate to confirm our support to all MINI fans and PlayStation gamers. The MINI showroom offers a great space for fans and customers to relax and socialise - and is not just a showroom. This is just one of many great events that we will look to organise for our customers and the public.”
