Saudi priorities include defense, technology, nuclear powerBin Salman welcomed with flyover, honor guardTrump to urge normalization of ties with IsraelUS-Saudi business deals expected to be struckPresident Donald Trump hosted Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman at the White House Tuesday, with the Saudi de facto ruler seeking to deepen ties with Washington. Making his first White House visit in more than seven years, the crown prince was greeted with a lavish display of pomp and ceremony presided over by Trump on the South Lawn, complete with a military honour guard, a cannon salute and a flyover by US warplanes.Talks between the two leaders are expected to advance security ties, civil nuclear co-operation and multibillion-dollar business deals with the kingdom. The meeting underscores a key relationship -- between the world’s biggest economy and the top oil exporter.Trump greeted bin Salman with a smile and a handshake on the red carpet, while dozens of military personnel lined the perimeter. The limousine was escorted up the South Drive by a US Army mounted honour guard. The two leaders then looked skyward as fighter jets roared overhead, before Trump led his guest inside. Before sitting down for talks, the two leaders chatted amiably as Trump gave bin Salman a tour of presidential portraits lining the wall outside the Oval Office.During a day of White House diplomacy, bin Salman will hold talks with Trump in the Oval Office, have lunch in the Cabinet Room and attend a formal black-tie dinner in the evening, giving it many of the trappings of a state visit. US and Saudi flags festooned lamp posts in front of the White House.Trump expects to build on a $600bn Saudi investment pledge made during his visit to the kingdom in May, which will include the announcement of dozens of targeted projects, a senior US administration official said. The US and Saudi Arabia were ready to strike deals for defence sales, enhanced co-operation on civil nuclear energy and a multibillion-dollar investment in US artificial intelligence infrastructure, the official said on condition of anonymity.

Israeli occupation army bombs homes in Khan Younis

The Israeli occupation army carried out a demolition operation early Wednesday east of Khan Younis in the southern Gaza Strip, targeting areas adjacent to the separation fence.Local sources reported that loud explosions rocked the area following the operation, amid heavy overflights by warplanes and reconnaissance aircraft in the southern Gaza Strip, according to the Palestinian news agency (WAFA).Meanwhile, Israeli warplanes launched three airstrikes this morning on areas northeast of Beit Lahia, within the Green Line in the northern Gaza Strip, and near the education area in northern Gaza, amid heavy overflights in the area.At the same time, Israeli naval vessels opened heavy fire off the coast of the southern Gaza Strip, in yet another violation of the ceasefire agreement.

Palestinian martyred from Israeli sniper fire in Gaza

A Palestinian citizen succumbed Saturday to injuries sustained from Israeli sniper fire in Gaza City. Local sources reported that Israeli snipers opened fire on the man on Friday in the Shuja'iyya neighborhood, east of Gaza City, wounding him. His death was confirmed today.This incident occurred as Israeli warplanes launched multiple airstrikes on Khan Younis in southern Gaza, demolishing homes in eastern Gaza City and Al Bureij refugee camp, in continued violations of the ceasefire agreement.Israel has repeatedly breached the ceasefire, which came into effect on Oct. 10. On Tuesday and Wednesday, Israeli forces carried out intense bombardments targeting homes and tents across the Gaza Strip, resulting in the deaths of over 100 Palestinians, including more than 46 children and 20 women.

12 Martyred, others wounded by Israeli Occupation's bullets and continuous bombing of Gaza

Twelve Palestinians have been martyred and others wounded since Wednesday morning by Israeli warplanes and shelling across the Gaza Strip. Palestinian news agency (WAFA), citing medical sources, reported that six people were martyred and others wounded in an Israeli airstrike on the Al-Falah School, which houses displaced persons in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood, southeast of Gaza City. The same sources added that one was martyred, and others wounded in the bombing of the tunnel area northeast of Gaza. They also indicated that two people were martyred in the occupation's bombing of the Tal Al-Hawa neighborhood southwest of Gaza. Two Palestinians were martyred, and six others wounded when the Israeli occupation forces shelled a house in the Nuseirat refugee camp in the central Gaza Strip. One person was also martyred, and several others wounded by Israeli fire near a distribution center in the southern Gaza Strip. A number of Palestinians were wounded when an Israeli drone bombed a gathering in the Al-Shati refugee camp, west of Gaza. The camp has been subjected to intense, continuous bombardment for nearly a week, leaving dozens dead and wounded. A short while ago, medical sources announced the deaths of 23 people by Israeli occupation forces since dawn today, including 19 in Gaza. In addition, the Palestinian Health Ministry's figures showed that September 2025 alone saw the martyrdom of 2,106 in the Gaza Strip, distributed as follows: 1,382 martyrs in the northern Gaza Strip, 347 martyrs in the central Gaza Strip, and 377 martyrs in the southern Gaza Strip.

Israeli entity continues attacks on Southern Lebanon

The Israeli entity continued its attacks on villages and towns in southern Lebanon. Field sources reported that Israeli warplanes raided, around midnight, the outskirts of the towns of Beit Lev and Ramiya, causing severe damage to property and crops.Israeli army forces also fired incendiary bombs at the forests adjacent to the Blue Line, opposite the towns of Naqoura and Alma al-Shaab. Additionally, Israeli warplanes carried out more than one raid on the villages of the western and central sectors in Naqoura, Al-Mansouri and Mays Al-Jabal, which led to a number of deaths.Israeli forces continued, until Tuesday morning, to fire flares over the border villages adjacent to the Blue Line in the western and central sectors, reaching the outskirts of the city of Tyre, in conjunction with reconnaissance flights over the border villages in the Tyre district and the sea coast, up to the Litani River.The Israeli entity continues its escalation against the towns and villages of southern Lebanon, coinciding with its ongoing aggression on the Gaza Strip since Oct. 7, which has resulted in the deaths and injuries of civilians and forced hundreds of families to flee their homes.

Israeli Occupation launches intense airstrikes on Gaza amid expanded ground offensive

Israeli occupation warplanes launched a series of intense and violent airstrikes early Wednesday on various areas across the Gaza Strip, targeting residential homes and densely populated neighborhoods, resulting in dozens of martyrs and injuries. These strikes came in conjunction with the expansion of ground operations toward Gaza City. Palestinian sources reported that the bombing targeted displaced persons in Al-Mawasi area in the southern part of the Strip, which the occupation describes as a "safe zone." Medical sources said that two Palestinians were martyred and others were injured in an airstrike that targeted an apartment in 'Al-Zafer 5' tower in the Tel Al-Hawa neighborhood in southern Gaza City. A mother and her child were also killed in a similar strike on an apartment in the Habib building in Al-Shati Camp, west of the city. The airstrikes coincided with intense artillery shelling that targeted several neighborhoods in Gaza City, in addition to the detonation of booby-trapped armored vehicles inside residential buildings in the northern part of the city. In central Gaza Strip, media sources reported that Israeli airstrikes targeted a residential tower east of the Nuseirat camp, while Al-Awda Hospital announced the martyrdom of a Palestinian man, his wife, and their daughter following a strike on their home in the same camp. In southern Gaza, local media reported that Israeli helicopters targeted displaced persons in the Al-Sahaba Farm area in Al-Mawasi, Khan Yunis, resulting in several martyrs and injuries. These developments come after a bloody day on Tuesday, during which Gaza hospitals reported the arrival of 108 martyrs, including 91 in Gaza City alone.
