He noted Qatari women contribute significantly to this balance by embracing their roles in nurturing their children, supporting their husbands, and organising family affairs with a spirit of co-operation and shared responsibility.He added that women often foster a culture of participation at home by distributing responsibilities among family members and motivating children to support one another, fostering mutual respect and trust.
