Offshore, winds will be northwesterly at 6 to 16 knots, gusting to 23 knots during the evening.Sea state inshore will range from 1 to 3 feet, rising to 5 feet by evening, while offshore it will range from 2 to 4 feet, rising to 7 feet later in the evening.Visibility inshore is expected to range between 4 and 9 kilometers, and between 5 and 10 kilometers offshore.
