The Department of Meteorology forecast that inshore weather until 6:00 pm on Sunday will be relatively hot to hot during the day, with slight to blowing dust in some areas. The report warned of expected strong winds during the day. Offshore, conditions will be slightly dusty at times, with warnings of strong winds and high seas. Inshore winds will be northwesterly at 12 to 22 KT, gusting to 32 KT during the day, before decreasing to 5 to 15 KT by night. Offshore, winds will be northwesterly at 5 to 25 KT, gusting to 35 KT. Sea state inshore will range between 3 and 5 feet, while offshore it will be between 4 and 8 feet, rising to 12 feet at times. Visibility inshore will range from 4 to 9 km, dropping to 3 km or less in some areas. Offshore visibility will be between 4 and 9 km.
