His Excellency Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani met Monday with US Undersecretary of State for Economic Affairs, Jacob Helberg, who is visiting the country.  The two sides discussed the close strategic relations between Qatar and the US and ways to support and strengthen them, in addition to a host of topics of common interest. 

Amiri Guard Commander Lieutenant General Staff Hazza bin Khalil al-Shahwani met Wednesday at the Barzan camp with Commander of the French Republican Guard Gen Francois-Xavier Lesueur and his accompanying delegation. The meeting discussed aspects of co-operation in areas of common interest. A number of Amiri Guard senior officers attended the meeting.  

Her Excellency Minister of State for International Cooperation, Dr Maryam bint Ali bin Nasser al-Misnad, held a telephone call with Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs and Global Affairs of the Kingdom of Spain, Diego Martinez Belio. Discussions during the call dealt with co-operation relations between the two countries and ways to support and strengthen them, particularly in the development and humanitarian fields, in addition to a number of topics of common interest. 

His Excellency Chairman of Qatar Media Corporation Sheikh Hamad bin Thamer al-Thani met Monday with Chairman of the Supreme Council for Media Regulation of the Arab Republic of Egypt Khaled Abdel Aziz, who is visiting the country. During the meeting, they explored aspects of cooperation and coordination between the two countries in the media field and ways to support and develop them, in addition to exchanging views on a number of topics of common interest. The meeting was attended by HE CEO of Qatar Media Corporation Sheikh Khalid bin Abdulaziz bin Jassim al-Thani and Ambassador of Egypt Walid Fahmy al-Faqi. 

His Excellency Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim Al-Thani met on Tuesday with Commander of US Central Command (CENTCOM) Admiral Charles Bradford Cooper, who is currently visiting the country. The meeting discussed the close strategic relations between the State of Qatar and the United States and ways to support and strengthen them, particularly in the areas of military and defense cooperation, in addition to a number of topics of common interest.

His Excellency the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Jassim al-Thani met Thursday with Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Ghana Samuel Okudzeto Ablakwa, who is currently visiting the country. They reviewed bilateral relations and ways to support and enhance them, in addition to discussing a number of topics of common interest.
