The inauguration of Regalia 2026, the School Youth Festival of MES Indian School, Doha – Qatar, Evening Shift, was held at the Conference Hall from 3pm-4pm, marking a vibrant beginning to the celebration of youthful talent and creativity. The event was graced by chief guest Nadir Abdul Salam, alumnus, singer and music director; principal Dr Hameeda Kadar; senior vice-principal Shihabudeen Pulath; head of Section (Evening) Shalini Sharma; head of Section (Junior) Sameena Ashfaq; head of Section (Kindergarten) Suja Mathew; along with school officials, teachers and students. The programme commenced with a prayer by Hadiya Fathima, followed by the National Anthem. Filza Ettukkattil Amjith of Grade 8-B, the student anchor, conducted the programme with confidence and grace. Praniti Aggarwal, cultural secretary, delivered the welcome address, followed by an energetic Welcome Dance and the Little Star Talent presentation by Laiba Aymen. Dr Kadar encouraged students to participate enthusiastically and showcase their talents. The chief guest addressed the gathering and formally declared Regalia 2026 open. The Principal, accompanied by members of the management and school officials, presented a token of love to the Chief Guest. The programme concluded with the Vote of Thanks by Master Muhammed Nahyaan. The inauguration reaffirmed MES Indian School’s commitment to nurturing creativity, confidence, leadership and holistic development among its students through meaningful opportunities beyond the classroom.
