President of Singapore Tharman Shanmugaratnam received the credentials of Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Qatar to Singapore Abdulaziz bin Ahmed al-Malki al-Jehani.  The ambassador conveyed greetings of His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani to the Singapore president, as well as HH the Amir's wishes of good health and happiness to the Singaporean president, and continued progress and prosperity to the government and people of Singapore.  President of Singapore conveyed his greetings to HH the Amir, wishing him good health and happiness, and Qatar continued progress and development. 

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued Saturday Amiri Decision No. 58 of 2025, appointing Abdulaziz Mohammed Khalifa Ahmed al-Sada as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Kingdom of Thailand.His Highness the Amir also issued Amiri Decision No. 59 of 2025, appointing Hamad Salem Dhaen al-Sheikh al-Kuwari as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Democratic Republic of Congo.His Highness the Amir further issued Amiri Decision No. 60 of 2025, appointing Mansour Abdulla Salem Saad al-Sulaitin as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Armenia.His Highness the Amir also issued Amiri Decision No. 61 of 2025, appointing Abdulaziz bin Ahmed bin Abdullah al-Maliki al-Juhani as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Singapore.The decisions are effective starting from their date of issue, and are to be published in the official gazette. 

His Highness the Amir Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani issued Wednesday Amiri Decision No. 54 of 2025, appointing Rashid Abdullah Mohammed al- Sheikh al-Kuwari as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the State of Qatar to Romania.His Highness the Amir also issued Amiri Decision No. 55 of 2025, appointing Hamad Mohammed Abdullah al-Dosari as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Democratic Socialist Republic of Sri Lanka.His Highness the Amir further issued Amiri Decision No. 56 of 2025, appointing Mansour Ali Fahad al-Shahwani al-Hajri as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Rwanda. The decisions are effective starting from their date of issue, and are to be published in the official gazette.
