Saudi Arabia's Ministry of Energy said Sunday that an administrative facility belonging to Saudi Aramco in Riyadh sustained limited damage after shrapnel struck the building in an attempted attack. No injuries or fatalities were reported.Citing a ministry official, the Saudi Press Agency (SPA) said the competent authorities responded promptly to the incident and took the necessary measures. 

The Saudi Ministry of Energy said that a number of citizens and residents sustained injuries of varying severity after energy facilities and infrastructure in the southern region of the Kingdom were targeted this morning.A source from the Ministry of Energy said that the relevant authorities are continuing to address the repercussions of the attacks and are taking the necessary measures to ensure the safety of facilities and personnel, as well as the continuity of operations in accordance with approved operational plans, according to the Saudi Press Agency (SPA).The attacks caused fires at several locations, leading to a temporary halt in some operations. Specialized field teams have begun containing the fires, securing the sites, and assessing the damage.
