One person killed in Israeli airstrike on Southern Lebanon

One person was killed Thursday in an Israeli airstrike on southern Lebanon, in a continued violation of the 2014 ceasefire agreement.Lebanese medical sources reported that the Israeli airstrike on the town of Majdal Selm in the Marjeyoun district resulted in the death of a Lebanese citizen.Earlier Thursday, two people were killed in an Israeli airstrike on eastern Lebanon.It is worth noting that a ceasefire agreement in southern Lebanon came into effect on November 27 of last year, stipulating the withdrawal of Israeli occupation forces from border villages and towns in southern Lebanon within 60 days. However, the occupation forces remain in five locations and continue their violations through shelling and targeting of villages.

One martyred, others injured in Israeli airstrike on vehicle west of Gaza City

A Palestinian was martyred and several others were injured on Sunday morning following an Israeli airstrike targeting a vehicle west of Gaza City. Medical sources reported that the strike hit a vehicle near Al-Shifa Hospital, resulting in the martyrdom of one individual and injuries to others. In addition to the airstrike, Israeli artillery also shelled areas in the central Gaza Strip, including Nuseirat refugee camp, as well as the Al-Zaytoun and Al-Shujaiya neighborhoods in Gaza City.

US Representative condemns Israeli attack on Doha

Member of the United States House of Representatives Jim McGovern condemned the Israeli airstrike that targeted the residences of several Hamas leaders in the Qatari capital, Doha, on Tuesday, describing it as a brazen violation of Qatar's sovereignty and international law.In a post on X, the US Representative said, "Netanyahu clearly has no interest in peace. We shouldn't send another cent of military aid for his reckless war. Our priority should be a ceasefire, hostages released and a surge of aid into Gaza."
