Hussain shines in Silver Tour as Alqaqaa triumphs in Amateur class at Hathab finale

Bahrain’s Hussain Mohamed Dadalla delivered an impressive performance to top Silver Tour, while Alqaqaa bin Tamim bin Hamad al-Thani won Amateur class during the 14th and final round of the Longines Hathab – Qatar Equestrian Tour at the indoor arena of the Qatar Equestrian Federation (QEF).The series is organised by the QEF in partnership with Al Shaqab, a member of Qatar Foundation.In the Silver Tour competition, held under Table A rules with one round against the clock over 130cm fences, Hussain guided Elite to victory with a flawless round in 54.56 seconds. Saudi rider Khaled al-Hadi finished second aboard Doremi du Flot Z in 55.50secs, while Qatar’s Faris Saad al-Qahtani secured third place on Gaya des Cours in 57.06secs.In the Amateur class, contested over two phases at 100cm, Alqaqaa rode Bon Suela to victory after producing two clear rounds in 27.24secs. Sultan Abdulaziz al-Sada claimed second place aboard Argelith Squid in 28.34secs, while Iraq’s Mariam Abdulkarim Abed and Qatar’s Moza Hamza al-Kuwari shared third position after both clocked 28.39secs aboard Jumbo and Haneen respectively.

Alsharbatly claims Diamond Tour honours at Hathab

Saudi Arabia's Abdullah Alsharbatly delivered a commanding performance to secure victory in the Diamond Tour during the tenth round of the Longines Hathab Qatar Equestrian Tour at the Qatar Equestrian Federation's (QEF) main arena Saturday.Competing in the Accumulator with Joker class over 150cm, Alsharbatly guided Frenchy Vds to the top of the podium after collecting 65 points in a time of 55.62 seconds. Qatar's Nasser al-Ghazali finished second with Heavens Light H on 65 points in 60.65 seconds, while Kuwait's Yara al-Hunaidi secured third place aboard Caprice 563 in 62.00 seconds.**media[434490]**The Bronze Tour individual class, staged as a Table A one round against the clock over 120cm, witnessed a fiercely contested finish among the large field of riders. Saudi Arabia's Abdulaziz Gohal clinched victory with a faultless round aboard Apollon du Banney, clocking 49.51 seconds. Qatar's Ahmad Jassim al-Suwaidi followed closely in second place with Power Girl Jmg in 49.52 seconds, narrowly ahead of Saudi rider Khaled al-Hadi, who completed the podium with Carlton de Sauvageonn in 49.67 seconds.In the team standings of the Bronze Tour, Al Shaqab Team delivered a composed performance to secure first place with a combined clear effort in 110.13 seconds. Marwan Al Shaqab finished second in 112.26 seconds, while Aladeed Al Shaqab claimed third place after accumulating eight faults in 102.51 seconds.Young talents also showcased their developing skills in the Future Riders class over 90cm, staged in a two-phase format. Qatar's Abdulla Faisal al-Mana emerged victorious riding Brooq with a double-clear round in 17.47 seconds. Fahad Talal al-Naimi secured second place aboard Kroaat Van Orchid's in 19.36 seconds, while Norah Jassim al-Thani completed the podium with Sandor in 20.73 seconds.Commenting after the conclusion of the tenth round, Ali bin Yousef al-Rumaihi, Vice Chairman of the Organising Committee, emphasised that supporting riders remains a central priority within the QEF's strategy. He highlighted that providing an ideal competitive environment is fundamental to the committee's vision, noting that the support extends beyond elite riders to include emerging talents in junior and future rider categories through dedicated competitions designed to build experience and confidence.Al-Rumaihi added that the current phase represents an important milestone in the championship calendar as the series enters its decisive closing stages following the completion of the international competitions earlier this year. He stressed that continued participation in these rounds plays a key role in maintaining riders' readiness, sharpening technical abilities, and translating experience into stronger performances in the arena.The Longines Hathab Qatar Equestrian Tour features 14 rounds staged across the QEF's facilities and the Longines Arena at Al Shaqab, and remains one of the country's most prominent domestic equestrian championships.

Al-Hadi, al-Suwaidi star at Hathab

The ninth edition of the Hathab Qatar Equestrian Tour resumed Thursday with the tenth round of the championship at the Qatar Equestrian Federation’s main arena. The Tour paused for the prestigious Doha Equestrian Tour, which wrapped up over the weekend. The three-day event features 14 rounds and saw over 65 riders competing in both the Amateur and Silver Tours.**media[433899]**The Silver Tour, contested at 130 cm, produced an exciting contest as Saudi rider Khaled al-Hadi claimed first and third place on Carlton de Sauvageonn (55.89 seconds) and Capoen (57.48). His compatriot Abdullah al-Sharbatly finished second on Inturido in 56.29 seconds. Awards were presented by Mohammed Saleh al-Marri, Head of the Championship’s Facilities and Logistics Committee. Meanwhile, Qatar’s Sultan Jassim al-Suwaidi won the Amateur Tour at 100cm on Cat Ballou 27 in 26.79 seconds. Faisal Mohammed al-Nuaimi was second on Dilandra (28.27) and Salha Khalid al-Obaidli third on Roxette van de Achterhoek (28.38). The event is organised by the Qatar Equestrian Federation in partnership with Al Shaqab.

Haidan claims Diamond Tour at Hathab

Mohammed Saeed Haidan clinched the top honours in the Diamond Tour during the fifth round of the ninth edition of the Longines Hathab Championship – Qatar Equestrian Tour at the Qatar Equestrian Federation’s outdoor arena. Haidan clocked 32.83 seconds astride Quick, while Saudi rider Khaled al-Eid finished second with a time of 34.34 seconds on Q Line. Hamad Nasser al-Qadi was third in 38.98 seconds on Edison.In the 120cm Bronze Tour, Jaber Rashid al-Ameri took first place in 44.74 seconds on Apollon. Khaled al-Hadi finished second in 46.02 seconds on Capion, while Hamad Nasser al-Qadi came third on Deep Water in 50.79 seconds. In the Bronze Tour team event, The Dome emerged victorious, followed by Ajwad and Al Adaid Al Shaqab.In the 90cm Future Riders competition, Sultan Jassim al-Suwaidi secured first place on Violet. Fahad Talal al-Nuaimi finished second on Croat, and Mohammed al-Mutairi came third astride Baccarat.In Dressage, Hamad Nasser al-Marri won the preliminary test title with 68.333 points, while Hajar Khan claimed the Level 2 preliminary title with 70.000 points. Mohammed Faisal Al Marri topped the Junior Level 2 preliminary test with 68.621 points, and Michelle Grimes took first place in the Level 1 dressage round with 74.817 points.

In the Golden Tour Team event, Wathnan emerged victorious with a combined time of 120.62 seconds, narrowly edging Ajwad (120.93 seconds), while Al Fardan settled for third (121.68 seconds).Earlier in the day, the Open Tour (110 cm) produced thrilling performances, with Khaled Al Hadi taking first place after clocking 30.51 seconds on Doremi. Mohammed al-Dhalaan came in second on Sarina (30.67 seconds), followed by Saif Mohammed al-Nuaimi on Sydney (31.08 seconds).In the junior category, Khalid Jassim al-Suwaidi secured top spot on Du Guinette (31.23 seconds), ahead of Ali Omar al-Ansari on Nikita (33.07 seconds) and Sherida Nasser al-Kaabi on Extra Pam (33.31 seconds).The competition also featured the Future Riders Tour (70 cm), where Mashael Mohammed al-Thani excelled to claim first place on Malaga with a time of 50.07 seconds, just 0.07 seconds off the ideal time. Mohammed Saeed Haidan clinched victory in the 140cm Gold Round of the fourth leg of the ninth edition of the Qatar Equestrian Tour – Longines Hathab – held at the Qatar Equestrian Federation’s outdoor arena. The event is organised by the Qatar Equestrian Federation in partnership with Al Shaqab, a member of Qatar Foundation. Riding Quick Bell, Haidan clocked a winning time of 35.65 seconds. Khaled al-Hadi finished second in 38.31 seconds on Capion, while Ghanem Nasser al-Qadi came third in 38.49 seconds on Assis.In the team competition of the same round, Al Fardan Team secured first place with a combined time of 78.32 seconds. Lekhwiya Team followed in second (79.31 seconds), and Al Shaqab Team finished third (82.77 seconds).In the Open Round, Khaled al-Hadi claimed first place with a time of 44.59 seconds on Carlton, ahead of Yaqoub Nasser al-Mas on Equinox (44.64 seconds) and Sheikha Fatima bint Jabor al-Thani on Eddie (45.81 seconds).In the Junior category, Abdulaziz bin Jassim al-Thani topped the standings with a time of 46.53 seconds on Gabbana. Khaled al-Eid, Manar Rashid al-Shahwani and Yaqoub Nasser Al Mass were among the standout winners on the second day of the third round of the Qatar Equestrian Tour – Longines Hathab staged at the Qatar Equestrian Federation’s indoor arena. Saudi rider al-Eid triumphed in the Golden Tour (140cm) with Racker, edging Bader al-Fard on Levigon and Qatar’s Hamad Nasser al-Qadi on Edison. The Open Class (110cm) was won by al-Mass aboard Pontendro, with Mohammed Dhafi al-Ardi second on Destiny and Chun Yuen Ammy Xiao third with Carton. In the junior category, Chun Yuen secured top spot riding Carton, ahead of Sharida Nasser al-Kaabi on Extra Bam and Tamim bin Joaan bin Hamad al-Thani on Just In Time. In the Future Riders (70cm) class, al-Shahwani clinched first place with Frederikshof, followed by Eva al-Jarmakani on Korapaun and Alia Ahmed al-Khater on Zoro.

Saudi rider Khalid al-Eid stole the spotlight in the Diamond Tour of the second round of the Longines Hathab – Qatar Equestrian Tour, securing both first and third places yesterday at QEF’s indoor arena.Al-Eid clocked 61.04 seconds on Q-Layen to win the title and added third place on Rakker DMC in 63.01 seconds. Brazil's Santiago Lambre took runner-up spot in 58 seconds on DB GI Diakitos in a field of just three riders.The Silver Tour delivered thrilling competition as Saeed Hamad Juma clinched victory in 26.49 seconds on Diesel. Hamad Nasser al-Qadi finished second in 26.93 seconds on Deep Water, while Salman Mohammed al-Emadi took third in 27.77 seconds on Toblerone.In the Future Riders class at 90cm, Fahad Talal al-Naimi emerged on top with a time of 54.14 seconds, riding Kroaat Van Orchid’s, just 0.14 seconds off the ideal time. Greek rider Melina Karagiannidi came second in 56.28 seconds on Tullibards Simply Cool, while Khalifa bin Joaan bin Hamad al-Thani secured third place in 56.31 seconds on Zion II VDK.Championship Director Abdullah Al-Marri hailed the strong performances across the opening two rounds, noting the intensity and competitiveness in both show jumping and dressage. Salman al-Emadi tops Gold Tour at Hathab

Salman Mohammed al-Emadi, riding Higoletta van de Kapel, delivered two flawless rounds with times of 32.69 and 32.28 seconds to claim the top prize in the Gold Tour (140cm) as the opening round of the Longines Hathab Season 9 concluded at the Qatar Equestrian Federation’s indoor arena Saturday. Ghanim Nasser al-Qadi came second on Isis, also completing clear rounds in 32.95 and 32.73 seconds. Rounding off the podium, Mohammed Saeed Haidan partnered with Quick Bill for another perfect record in 33.87 and 33.28 seconds in the feature event of the day, limited for 10 riders. In the team competition of the same class, Wathnan team claimed first place with a combined time of 66.56 seconds, followed by Lekhwiya (70.34 seconds) and Al Fardan (74.51 seconds). Earlier, Haidan, riding D Saucedo, clinched the Silver Tour (130cm) title. Haidan clocked 22.90 seconds to prevail over Saudi rider Bader Alfard, who finished second aboard Kimberly in 26.00 seconds. Khalid Mohammed al-Emadi secured third place with a time of 25.51 seconds on Qapella Di Lino. In the Future Riders 90cm round, rider Al Reem Hamza al-Kuwari took first place with a time of 54.05 seconds aboard Jani.
