Jamie Leweling grabbed a first-half brace and Deniz Undav scored again as Stuttgart cruised to a 4-0 home victory over Wolfsburg in the Bundesliga Sunday. Nikolas Nartey scored in stoppage time as the German Cup holders drew level with third-placed Hoffenheim on 46 points. Stuttgart are five points ahead of fifth-placed RB Leipzig, who play at Hamburg in Sunday’s late game. Leweling praised coach Sebastian Hoeness, who reached 100 Bundesliga games as Stuttgart manager. “He developed me into the player I am today. He helped me a lot, gave me a lot of confidence,” said Leweling. “I think I’ve been repaying him with my performances - of course not always with two goals every game.” Wolfsburg, who haven’t been relegated since promotion to the Bundesliga in 1997, have won just one of their last 10 games and now sit second bottom, three points from safety. Stuttgart welcomed the Wolves to south-western Germany fresh from beating Celtic 4-2 over two legs to reach the Europa League last 16, where they will face Porto. Undav pounced on a poor clearance to put Stuttgart ahead with his 14th league goal after 21 minutes. Chris Fuehrich found Leweling on the half-hour mark to double Stuttgart’s lead and the Germany winger scored again just before half-time, volleying in from the right side of the box. Stuttgart added a fourth late on as Nartey scored with the final kick of the match. Goals from Fares Chaibi and Jean-Matteo Bahoya took Eintracht Frankfurt to a 2-0 home win over Freiburg, lifting the hosts past the visitors into seventh spot. Chaibi snuck a low shot into the bottom corner with 64 minutes gone. With nine minutes remaining, the Algerian passed to Bahoya who guided the ball over Freiburg’s Noah Atubolu and into the net. Frankfurt have now nabbed seven points from four matches since Spaniard Albert Riera took over as manager, with their only loss coming at league leaders Bayern Munich. 

Harry Kane scored his third straight Bundesliga brace as Bayern Munich beat Eintracht Frankfurt 3-2 Saturday to move nine points clear of chasers Borussia Dortmund atop the table.Dortmund, who have won six consecutive Bundesliga matches, play at RB Leipzig in Saturday's late game.Aleksandar Pavlovic's low strike gave Bayern the lead and Kane added goals either side of half-time, before giving away a penalty converted by Germany forward Jonathan Burkardt with 13 minutes remaining.Bayern captain Joshua Kimmich gifted Frankfurt's Arnaud Kalimuendo a late goal with a poor pass but the hosts held on.Kane has now scored more than one goal in a match 13 times this season in all competitions.The England captain has netted 28 goals in 23 Bundesliga appearances and 43 in total this campaign.The only negative for Bayern was a second-half injury to wing-back Alphonso Davies.The Canada captain, who returned after eight months out with an ACL injury in December, clutched his ankle after a tackle and pulled his jersey over his face as he was substituted.Bayern earlier burst out of the blocks and Pavlovic broke through on 16 minutes.The Germany midfielder latched onto a failed clearance and blasted in a low shot, which slipped through Frankfurt goalkeeper Kaua Santos' fingers and trickled over the line.Kane doubled Bayern's lead four minutes later, heading in a corner from close range.The England captain added another midway through the second half, sneaking the ball just inside the post with his left foot.Burkardt's penalty looked a mere consolation until Kalimuendo jumped on Kimmich's mistake to cut Bayern's lead to one with four minutes remaining, but the hosts kept Frankfurt at arm's length in the final stages.Bayer Leverkusen's top-four hopes took a hit with a 1-0 defeat at Union Berlin, days after an impressive Champions League win at Olympiacos.Home captain Rani Khedira overpowered former Union midfielder Robert Andrich to pounce on a loose ball and hammer home in the 28th minute.The defeat leaves Leverkusen in sixth, three points behind fourth-placed Stuttgart.Elsewhere, third-placed Hoffenheim dropped points for just the second time in eight matches in a 2-2 draw at Cologne.Cologne took the lead thanks to an incredible bicycle kick from Ragnar Ache but Hoffenheim hit back either side of the break to take the lead thanks to goals from Ozan Kabak and Andrej Kramaric.Teenage winger Said El Mala put Cologne level with an excellent solo goal on 63 minutes and the hosts held on to grab a valuable point against the in-form visitors.Augsburg were behind twice but won 3-2 at Wolfsburg, with Elvis Rexhbecaj scoring in stoppage time to lift the visitors nine points clear of the relegation play-off place. 

Michael Olise scored twice and set a Bundesliga assist record as Bayern Munich crushed Wolfsburg 8-1 to go 11 points clear at the top of the table.The Bavarians were ruthless in their return from the winter break, forcing the struggling Wolves into two own goals while Harry Kane, Luis Diaz, Leon Goretzka and Raphael Guerriero also got on the scoresheet.Unbeaten Bayern have now dropped just four points in 16 Bundesliga games this season, the best record in Europe’s top-five leagues. Olise’s two assists brought his tally to 25 in 50 league games, more than any other player to have played a half-century of Bundesliga matches.The victory extended Bayern’s dominant record against Wolfsburg, with 21 wins at two draws in their past 23 games in all competitions dating back to 2015. Bayern’s last league defeat against Wolfsburg came in January 2015, when a 23-year-old Kevin de Bruyne scored twice and laid on another in a 4-1 win for the Wolves six months before his move to Manchester City.Wolfsburg’s hopes of bucking the recent trend took an early hit when Killian Fischer deflected a Diaz cross into his own net. One-time Bayern academy player Dzenan Pejcinovic pulled one back for the Wolves but their celebrations were short-lived, with Olise assisting Diaz on the half-hour mark.Bayern continued the rampage early in the second half, with Olise scoring and forcing Wolfsburg’s Moritz Jenz into conceding another own goal inside the space of three minutes. Guerreiro, Kane and Olise all scored inside an eight-minute period midway through the second half while Goretzka added another with two minutes remaining to round out the rout.Goretzka’s goal was Bayern’s 63rd league goal this season, more than any other side has scored in the first 16 matchdays in Bundesliga history.Kane’s strike was his 20th in the league this campaign, keeping him on track to beat Robert Lewandowski’s record of 41 in a Bundesliga season. Earlier on Saturday, Haris Tabakovic bagged a brace as Borussia Moenchengladbach cruised to a 4-0 home win over Augsburg.
