Estithmar Holding announced the appointment of Basel Shaddad as Holding Chief Executive Officer, with full executive authority as Holding CEO, effective 4 May 2026.The Board of Directors welcomed Shaddad’s appointment, to lead a new phase that continues the strong growth trajectory achieved by the company in recent years.Prior to his appointment as Holding CEO of Estithmar Holding, Shaddad led several regional and international companies across several countries in the region. Over more than 20 years of experience, he has implemented broad growth strategies, performance optimization initiatives, and restructuring programs across diverse sectors.Basel Shaddad holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, in addition to several professional certifications in leadership, strategy, and project management.
