Qatar Stock Exchange (QSE) and Baladna Q.P.S.C. (“Baladna” or “the Company”), Qatar’s largest dairy and beverage producer, announced today the successful completion of Baladna’s capital increase through a rights issue, with the newly issued shares listed and trading on QSE. The issuance comprised the offering of 535,996,240 new shares to existing shareholders, on a one-for-four basis, at a subscription price of QAR 1.01 per share, with the subscription period closing on 17 August 2026. The process was completed today with the full sale of the 120,507,405 unsubscribed shares at the start of the trading session, resulting in 100% coverage of the new shares offered. Following completion of the process, the Company’s issued and paid-up share capital rose from QAR 2,143,984,962 to QAR 2,679,981,202, distributed over 2,679,981,202 shares, an increase of 25%, making it one of the largest capital increases completed under the Offering, Listing, and Mergers and Acquisitions Rules issued by the Qatar Financial Markets Authority in December 2025. To celebrate the completion of this transaction, a Ring the Bell ceremony was hosted by Qatar Stock Exchange, attended by senior officials and representatives of the executive management teams of both organizations, reflecting the significance of this milestone in the Company’s journey.In a statement marking the completion of the capital increase process, Mr. Moutaz Al-Khayyat, Chairman of Baladna, said:“The successful completion of this capital increase marks an important milestone in Baladna’s growth journey and reflects the strong confidence our shareholders place in our strategy and future plans.
