Wind inshore will be northeasterly to easterly at 5–15 KT, gusting to 30 KT with thundery rain. Offshore wind will be southeasterly to northeasterly at 5–15 KT, gusting to 25 KT with thundery rain. Sea state inshore will range from 1 to 3 feet with thunder rain. Offshore, it will be 2 to 4 feet, rising to 8 feet with thunder rain.
