US singer Katy Perry speaks to India Premier League (IPL) chairman Rajiv Shukla at a hotel in Chennai yesterday. The 27-year-old singer later performed at the opening ceremony of the fifth season of the IPL tournament in Chennai. This is not the first time the singer is visiting India. She tied the knot with the now-estranged husband Russell Brand in a traditional Hindu wedding ceremony in India in October 2010.
