A train of the Namma Metro (Our Metro), also known as Bangalore Metro, leaves a station in the southern city yesterday. The much-awaited Namma Metro, launched on October 20, is expected to ease traffic congestion in the city. Bangalore is the third Indian city after Kolkata and Delhi to have a metro service.
