QLM Life & Medical Insurance Company has announced the opening of three customer service outlets at the arrivals and departure halls of Hamad International Airport (HIA).
QLM's outlet is the first to unveil itself within the departure terminal, with other two outlets established in both arrival terminals; prior to passport control and customs within the HIA.
The outlets offer anyone travelling to Qatar the opportunity to sign up for a medical policy prior to entering the country.
The QLM outlets at the HIA will serve FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 fans, playing a vital role in ensuring travellers are medically covered for the duration of their stay throughout the month-long tournament.
"This marks an important step as QLM ventures into the retail segment of the market,” said QLM deputy chief executive Ahmad Mohamed Zebeib. “With our robust digital interface, we aim to provide a seamless experience for all incoming travelers and commit to having a world-class level of service for our customers."
