The Second Deputy Speaker of Jordan’s Lower House Haitham Ziyadin has praised Qatar for hosting the FIFA World Cup 2022.
In his remark delivered before the 145th Inter-Parliamentary Union (IPU) Assembly currently being convened in the Rwandan capital Kigali, he thanked Qatar for lighting the candle of hope through hosting the World Cup.
Delegations attending the IPU's meeting expressed their admiration for Qatar's preparations for the tournament in their bilateral meeting with Qatar's delegation, and reaffirmed their full support to this global event.
