DPS-Modern Indian School organised a session on ‘Basic First Aid and CPR Procedures’ for its drivers, conductors, and support staff members to equip them with essential skills needed to handle any emergency situation and to strengthen the safety of the students.



Dr Aliya Fathima Hyderi Syeda, Asian Medical Centre, Al Wakra covered several aspects of first aid including preparedness for crisis management, techniques to recognise, prevent and respond to cardiovascular emergencies, Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR), ways to deal with minor injuries, and to develop an ability to intervene correctly in emergency situations to save lives. The session was attended by 232 members of Transportation and Security Department.
