HE the Minister of Environment and Climate Change Sheikh Dr Faleh bin Nasser al-Thani headed the Qatari delegation participating in the ninth Ministerial Conference on Environment in Europe, held in Nicosia, Cyprus. Present on the occasion were special envoy of the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Climate Change and Sustainability, ambassador Badr Omar Ismail al-Dafa, and Qatar’s ambassador to Cyprus, Ali al-Mulla.
